Why Crue Club Exists
After 18+ years in the energy industry, JP Warren kept watching the same thing play out at every conference, every networking event, every sponsored dinner — good people stuck in bad conversations.
Too much selling. Not enough substance. Service companies pitching operators who didn't ask. Operators nodding politely and leaving with nothing they couldn't have found on a brochure.
Crue Club was built to fix that.
The idea was simple: get the right operators in a private room, set one rule — no pitches — and let the conversation go where it needed to go. What came out of those first dinners wasn't small talk. It was real intelligence. The kind that moves decisions.
That first dinner in Houston led to another. Then another market. Then two seasons a year. Now six markets, hundreds of operators, and a digital platform built to capture everything the room produces.
